Account and data deletion
You may request deletion of eligible account and associated wellness or health information using in-app account-deletion controls where available, or by contacting us at the email above. We may need to verify your identity. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account or server records. A request is not confirmation that all copies have been erased; contact us about its status and any remaining retention obligations.
Subscriptions
Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions. Manage Apple subscriptions through your Apple account's subscription settings. For questions about a website purchase through Stripe, contact us. Website plans charge now: $29.99 USD monthly, $99 USD annually, or $299 USD once for lifetime access, plus applicable tax. Website purchases have no free trial or delayed charge. Monthly and annual plans renew until cancelled; lifetime does not renew. Apple prices and purchase offers are shown by Apple before purchase and may differ.
